As a Prospective Client of TicketWarrior, A Law Firm, you understand and acknowledge that you have NOT retained TicketWarrior, A Law Firm, until payment has been received and that you have received written confirmation from TicketWarrior, A Law Firm, that TicketWarrior, A Law Firm, has been retained. Automatic confirmation of receipt of your email to our firm IS NOT confirmation that TicketWarrior has been retained; only that the law firm has received your information. Until you hear from TicketWarrior, the firm does not represent you.
Attorney’s fees are not based upon an hourly rate, and to the extent permitted under California Rules of Professional Conduct governing legal ethics of lawyers, are non-refundable and are deemed earned immediately upon receipt. The fee you pay excludes appeals, fines or court costs. If the court imposes fines, court costs, or traffic school, you as a client remain solely responsible for payment of these costs. TicketWarrior, A Law Firm, does not offer a money back guarantee.
As a Prospective Client, you understand and acknowledge that no representations have been made by any attorney, case manager, or other representative of TicketWarrior, A Law Firm, concerning the probability of success in your case, that no promises or guarantees have been made by anyone as to the outcome of your case, or as to which attorney will represent you. You further understand and acknowledge by submitting these Terms and Conditions that TicketWarrior, A Law Firm, cannot promise and does not promise any specific result, sentence, or compromise of any kind or nature, and that no representation pertaining thereto has been made by any representative of TicketWarrior. As a Prospective Client of TicketWarrior, A Law Firm, you understand and specifically authorize TicketWarrior, A Law Firm, to have, at Attorney’s discretion, associate attorney(s) appear on Prospective Client’s behalf, to represent Prospective Client in his or her absence and Prospective Client authorizes attorney to enter a plea, settle the case, and or negotiate settlement in any manner and at attorney’s discretion.
