Traffic tickets in Santa Barbara are processed and heard at three courthouses:

The Santa Barbara County traffic courts were closed for several months during the COVID-19 pandemic and are now reopened. Many tickets were suspended and the drivers were notified of new court dates. However, many drivers changed their addresses and did not notify the courts or DMV and their tickets have been treated as failures to appear.
